Delaware offers a high level of privacy protection for LLC owners. Unlike some other states, Delaware does not require the disclosure of the names and addresses of LLC members or managers in the formation documents. This means that the ownership information of a Delaware LLC is not publicly available.

You do not have to order a copy of the Articles of Incorporation from your current registered agent or from the registered agent who originally formed your corporation. Any Delaware registered agent can pull a copy of your Articles of Incorporation from the state.

This means that the LLC itself does not pay taxes and does not have to file a return with the State of Delaware. As the sole member of your LLC, you must report all profits (or losses) of the LLC on Schedule C and submit it with your Delaware personal income tax return (Form PIT-RES).
